Possibly the best dive in the world. Don’t try to order a cocktail here though. It’s def a beer and shot bar. They have a really amazing kitchen open pretty late! They even have vegan options. They also have an amazing Photo Booth in the back. It’s great because there is no tv here so you don’t have to deal with that annoyance. The biggest thing to remember is the place is cash only. They do have an atm inside but still kinda lame they don’t take any other payments.
My favorite dive in Chicago. Beer is cheaper than most places. Cash only. Food is always good, and better than you'd expect from a dive.
This is a unique place and review. This place has been my watering hole for almost 20 years. Yeah, it has changed, like everything else, we age. and it still tries to stick to its essence. Quality and simplicity make a good time. Cash is a pilar of this place, bring some and treat your yourself and your servers well, everyone that they've hired there over the years have been great. Hole in the wall .. dive bar , but what a jewel it is ..!!..cash only..great food, always a vegan option. Nice pours and beer specials 👌. .. only 1 server , so be patient. But always cheerful and energetic. 💯 % recommend
Been coming here for years. The drinks are great, the food is delicious, all the sauces are amazing. Get some fried pickles with Cajun Remoulade, grab a few beers, visit the greatest urinals in the city.
Service was pretty slow with not many people there, but I liked the spot nonetheless
ZERO STARS. Claiming 5 so this makes it to the top. Came here on a Saturday night. Bartenders and patrons are racist. Especially the old hag. I will spread this information far and wide
